SIP - Inspection Planning - Modeless Procedure Dialog

Overview

• The modeless procedure dialog is executed/viewed via the Actions menu in the Sequences or Deficiencies details tabs of the Inspection Planning main interface.
• The modeless dialog allows the user to resize it and move it around, so they can continue to view the information in the window behind it.

Window Header

At the top of the Modeless Procedure Dialog there is a Title Bar and below the Title bar is a Breadcrumb row:

• The Title bar shall display: Procedure Execution - [Procedure Title] - [Date/Time Stamp]
  • Color of Title bar is based on whether it is a Sequence (Blue) or Deficiency (Orange)
• The Breadcrumb row shall display: [Site] > [Inspection] > [Asset]

Pattern Example:

Taskbar

• Taskbar provides the ability to Complete, Lock, Review, and Approve procedures
• For non-SMART inspections, taskbar should exclude Team Lead Review (Lock) and Coordinator Review options below
• For SMART inspections, taskbar should include all options

Once the procedure is completed by the inspector/team member on the SIP tablet, it is uploaded to SIP web and ready for the Team Lead to lock and review.

Coordinator Review

• The Approval dropdown becomes enabled after the Review toggle is selected.
  • The Coordinator can then select if the procedure is Accepted or Rejected.
  • Results shall be recorded in the Details and Additional Details section with "Approval" as the label and Accepted or Rejected as the value
    • If Rejected, the value font color shall be red in the Additional Details section

View Selected Item

Controls one the modeless procedure dialog shall be disabled when in View Only mode (selecting View Selected Item...).
