Notes:

• When a user clicks the CCO # link on the Condition Reps Log grid from the CCO # column, the user will move to that specific Contract Change Order's details tab associated with the CFR.
• User's with a CCO or CFR role can view and edit a CCO or CFR.

Business Rules

• When choosing a "Date Out", any date prior to the "Date In" will be disabled. In addition, a "not-allowed" cursor will appear over disabled dates, and a tooltip will read "Date Out cannot be before Date In".

Business Rules

• When clicking the Export or Print buttons on the Details toolbar and making a selection, only a single report is printed or downloaded.
• Upon Save, if a user selects "Yes" from the Machine History Relevant dropdown menu, the Condition Report Response and all attachments from the Condition Reps are added to the associated Work Item in PE Workbook.

Business Rules

• If one report is selected, initiate the display of that document in its native format.
• If multiple reports are selected, combine all selected documents into one report, displayed from newest to oldest, and initiate the display of that document in its native format.
• When a User selects the folder where the files are to be downloaded, utilize that same folder as a default for all downloads within the same session.

Export Options Dialog

Business Rules

• Export by Work Item, downloads the selected items into folders organized by Item numbers, each containing the Attachments folder and Specification Word Document.
• Export by Document Type, downloads the selected items into an Attachments Folder and Specifications Folder.
• Exported Files are saved to the User's Local Machine as a Zip File.

• Attachments folder:  Contains any attachment(s) not checked as a Reference in the parent modal.
• Specifications folder: Contains Specifications from the selected Work Items in the Microsoft Word Document format.
• Microsoft Word document:  Specification from the selected Work Items.

• = Date Out field has no value
• = Date Out field has value

Condition Reports Count Tracking

When changes are made in either the Specific Condition Report Modal or the Condition Reports Log main grid controls, an auto-refresh of the Initiated, Responded, Outstanding and Issue CCO counters occurs.

Initiated	Creates a numerical entry based on the Creation of a Condition Report The numerical entry is removed upon deletion of the Parent Condition Report
Responded	A Responded Condition Report is any Condition Report that has a completed Response Field and updated Date Out Input. Creates a numerical entry upon use of the Date Out field in the parent Condition Report Details page When the Date Out is updated and text is entered into the Response field, the Responded header value will increase by 1 The numerical entry is removed upon deletion of Date Out field in the parent Condition Report Details page or upon deletion of the parent Condition Report.
Outstanding	An Outstanding Condition Report is any Condition Report that has a blank Response Field and unchanged Date Out Input. Creates a numerical entry upon creation of a Condition Report When the Date Out is updated and text is entered into the Response field, the Outstanding header value will decrease by 1 Remove a numerical entry upon use of the Date Out field in the parent Condition Report Details page or upon deletion of the parent Condition Report

• When an Autocomplete fails an error message will be displayed to the user.
• The error message is triggered when a user clicks on the error icon presented in the field or when an attempt is made to tab or select the next control or field.
