Business Rules
- If the selected Work Item does not have a Specification file associated, then the Compare Specification Tab will present the message: "No Data to Display".
- If the selected Work Item has a Specification file but no corresponding Library Item, then the Compare Specification tab will present the message: "The Specification does not have a corresponding Library Item for comparison."
- If the selected Work Item has an associated Specification file and a corresponding Library Item, the Compare Specification Tab will display the comparison result for the Specification file; against the Library Item's latest revision utilizing the ASPOSE API.
